Catering Details:
Ordering: To help us serve you, please contact us as soon as possible to secure your event dates.
Catering can only be guaranteed once you have secured an event date.
For smaller events we may need as little as 48 hours advance notice however more time may be necessary for larger orders and catering services (see contract details below).  We understand that there can be last minute things that come up, no worries, we will do our best to meet your needs.

Custom Order:

If you don’t see what you are looking for on our menu, do not be afraid to ask! You can meet with one of our staff members to create the perfect menu to fit your needs!

​Minimum Orders:
Continental Breakfast, Lunch Boxes, Hot Sandwiches, Wraps or Sandwich Trays have a 15 person minimum. Additional fees will apply for orders under 15.
Cookout Style Meals, Pasta Buffets or BBQ Rib Buffets have a 15 person minimum.
2-Entree Buffets and Prime Rib or Chicken Buffets have a 50 person minimum.

There will be an additional fee for the necessary Disposable Chafers, Heat Sternos and Serving Utensils (cost based on items ordered).

Additional Costs:
For an additional cost, we can provide you with napkins, plastic utensils, cups and plates.
We can take away your worries and provide servers for an additional fee per hour.
*When we provide servers there will be an 18% gratuity fee added.
Beverages can be included for an additional fee.
Tax included when appropriate.
We will happily deliver your order to you for an additional fee. 

*We also offer a unique Food Truck Service!
We can bring our food truck to you and offer full service catering from our food truck for most events, such as weddings, reunions, birthday parties, graduations or special events for an additional fee.

Catering Contract:
A non-refundable deposit will need to be paid in order to secure your event date at time of scheduling.

50% of the (anticipated) final bill will need to be paid 30 days
prior to the event date (this money becomes non-refundable from this point on). The remainder of the fee must be paid 7 days prior to the event date. The contract will become null and void if the final payment is not received 7 days prior to the event date and all monies paid will become nonrefundable and your event date will no longer be secured. For larger parties the final payment will need to be paid in full, 14 days prior to the event date.

Once you have entered into a catering contract with us, our Executive Event coordinator will be happy to meet with you to address and questions you should have and iron out the details of your big event.

Anticipated final numbers need to be submitted 30 days prior to event date. Event numbers can increase until 72 hours prior to the event (numbers just cannot decrease after the initial submission).

We gladly accept cash, checks or all credit cards.

7.5% tax will be added when appropriate.
